Today there has been a change among the music collectors. Herman0501 is now at the top of the list. Congratulations Herman! with this position. Well deserved in my opinion, an beautiful collection with many unique items, more than half of which consists of items imported by Herman himself. Carefully entered with often additional information.

Not for long .... jklm5 just clicks on some singles without entering anything (or with another account?) (only collects what is already in CW ???)

That is nonsense what you claim, you are not obliged to enter anything in order to collect it.

It is the very strength of Catawiki that you indeed only have to click on something to to put in your collection, that has always been the intention. So please don't grumble users for not entering anything.

It is easier to believe that people who enter items themselves are actually collecting than someone who just clicks on a button ten thousand times.

Ik klik inderdaad alleen maar aan wat ik heb , omdat ik bijna geen verstand van computers heb en dus geen idee heb hoe je iets in moet voeren.Ik heb nog wel een paar duizend platen staan maar ik ben van andere verzamelaars afhankelijk tot die ze invoeren helaas . En bovendien al zou ik er iets van begrijpen dan is dat denk ik een hele tijdrovende bezigheid en veel tijd heb ik helaas ook al niet.

I indeed only click on what I have , because I have almost no knowledge of computers and therefore have no idea how to enter something. I still have a few thousand records but I depend on other collectors until they enter them unfortunately . And moreover, even if I understood something about it, I think that would be a very time-consuming activity and unfortunately I don't have much time either.

I am talking about roughly 1000 to 1200 LPs, about 2500 singles and 800 CDs.

The LPs and CDs are all rock records that is unfortunately not so much collected on Catawiki.

I end up in the collections anyway, so I don't even start to click on them.

Because I also have a large collection stamps, coins and cigar bands, plus a nice collection of banknotes.

I would like to enter all my plates but firstly I can't do that with those images and secondly if I enter something I also want to fill in everything and at my rate I have to live at least 150 years old.

k zou graag al mijn platen in willen voeren maar ten eerste kan ik dat niet met die afbeeldingen en ten tweede als ik iets invoer wil ik ook alles invullen en in mijn tempo moet ik dan minstens 150 jaar oud worden.

But in your collection on catawiki you have 12000 items at Records/CD's.

More than 2x as much, it's possible! a typo is made in no time.

I still have that number of plates that I mention there in my collection at home, but they are not on Catawiki.

In the meantime I will "just" continue entering my music collection. My CDs, singles and EPs are all on Catawiki. Am now in the process of entering my LPs alphabetically by the artists and have arrived at the "M" of Freddie Mercury.

Have just under 1,000 more to go.

It is indeed a lot of work, but now I am a state pension and have a little more time and I immediately play some LPs while entering, so it is not such a tedious job at all.
