Hello fellow tin collectors.

Who can tell me where this tin comes from. Catalog number by title.

I have a can that cannot be found on any museums, can collection websites, ebay of any country, or other websites related to old canisters. What I think is a very special tin and it seems to me to be the early 20th century.

So in principle I think it is a very rare tin.

De titel is het eerste waar een verzamelaar op zoekt en die moet dus zo duidelijk mogelijk zijn. In de beschrijving beschrijf je dan de details van het blik.

Staat er op de onderkant of de binnenkant geen merk of een ander kenmerk ? Op deze manier is het blik erg moeilijk herkenbaar.

Hoe weet jij dat het blik uit 1900 is ? Heeft het CataWiki systeem dat ervan gemaakt of heb je dat zelf geschat ? Als het geschat is, dan mag je het jaartal wel invullen, maar vermeld dan wel in de beschrijving dat het jaartal geschat is.

Verder worden opmerkingen over de zeldzaamheid of persoonlijke opmerkingen dat je het zelf nergens kon vinden meteen verwijderd als ze gezien worden.

Helaas kan ik je er ook niks van vertellen. Ik denk, maar dat is een gok, dat een Engels blik is. Maar het kan ook een Belgisch blik zijn, gezien de relatie met het Afrikaanse continent.

Wat betreft de waarde moet ik je nu alvast wat teleurstellen, denk ik, want de conditie van het blik is niet al te best, zo te zien. Dat maakt een blik voor een verzamelaar al heel wat minder waard, hoe oud het ook is.

Ik hoop dat andere verzamelaars je wel kunnen helpen. De titel van je forumonderwerp is alleen wat ongelukkig gekozen. Door de vele diverse bijdragen aan het forum lezen CataWiki gebruikers vaak alleen de titels om te kijken of ze iemand kunnen helpen. Betere titel zou zijn geweest: Weet iemand iets meer over dit blik ?
