Regarding your new question:

As Arco indicated above, feedbacks are linked to a User Profile, which the non-users do not have.

However....

Non Catawiki users would still be able to provide feedback about an order if they register as a Catawiki member after all.

When they follow the status of their order (via the link in the status update mail they receive) they have the choice to view their order without logging in or to do so by registering as a member.

If they still register, they have the opportunity to provide feedback about the order in question. (Behind the order they will see the link "Give feedback" )

You could therefore ask the non-user to register as a Catawiki member after all in order to provide feedback about their order with your shop.

I noticed that with an order that I had placed in order status "Sent" on Thursday 11-24-22, no email feedback request had been sent out on the 3rd working day after the shipping date. Normally this should be turned off on Tuesday 11-29-22.

It simply concerns a shipment within the Netherlands to a buyer with a Dutch account.

Has anything changed in the deadline for sending out the feedback request emails or is there a malfunction?

On Monday 11-28-22 I put another order on "Sent". An email feedback request should go out today for that order. I'll keep you posted if it went out. Hopefully, the lack of a feedback request on that earlier shipment is just an incident.

Edit for additional info:
The buyer of that previous shipment of 11/24/22 did not change the order status to "Order Received". That's never been a problem for feedback requests going out 3 business days after they were sent. Has something in the software / parameters been changed for this?

If you indicate that you have received it, you can give feedback immediately, otherwise the feedback mail will be sent after a certain period. That term has not changed as far as I know.

The feedback request emails normally always go out on the 3rd working day after the dispatch date for shipments within the Netherlands and on the 10th working day after the dispatch date for shipments outside the Netherlands.

The feedback request emails are sent immediately when the seller changes the order status to "Picked up" and indeed also when the buyer changes it to "Order received".

We dug into it and you're absolutely right:
a situation could arise where it was wrongly determined that the buyer came from abroad and for that reason the feedback mail was sent later than it should have been. We just solved that. The feedback mails regarding the 2 orders you referred to will be sent to the buyer today.
