Volgens mij staat Unit Gloria in de lijst met als alias: Gloria.
Dus in de lijst staat vermeld: Unit Gloria (Gloria) en Gloria (Unit Gloria).
Dit is dus dezelfde entiteit en die kun je niet samenvoegen, hoogstens kan de alias Gloria worden weggehaald.

I think Unit Gloria is in the list with the alias: Gloria.
So in the list it says: Unit Gloria (Gloria) and Gloria (Unit Gloria).
So this is the same entity and it can you cannot merge, at most the alias Gloria can be removed.
Ja ik heb Gloria al toegevoegd aan Unit Gloria (Gloria). Als je via de beheerdersfunctie op Gloria zoekt zie je beide varianten, met of zonder alias. En die kan je dan samenvoegen...

Ik had me bijna wel gedacht, dat het met Ralph Maria Siegel fout gaat.
Had deze week ze uit elkaar gehaald, hem en zijn zoon.
Zo stond hij als componist ongeveer 6 x genoteerd, naar het samenvoegen ongeveer 35 x
Heb ze alle weer veranderd, nu staan ze goed.
Hij staat toch bij Wikipedia als Ralph Maria Siegel, en zijn zoon als Ralph Siegel (Volgens mij heb ik zelf Jr. toegevoegd) omdat er ook nog een Vader en Opa Ralph Siegel is, maar dit is een componist voor de meer klassieke muziek.

Had them separated this week, him and his son.
So he stood as a composer about 6 x noted, after merging about 35 x
Have changed them all again, now they are good.
After all, he is listed on Wikipedia as Ralph Maria Siegel, and his son as Ralph Siegel (I think I added Jr.) because there is also a Father and Grandpa Ralph Siegel, but this is a composer for the more classical music.

Het probleem met componisten en tekstschrijvers is dat ze slecht vermeld staan op de labels. Vaak alleen de achternaam; soms nog met een extra letter. Zelden met de volledige naam. Ook invoerders nemen het niet zo nauw. Er zijn er duizenden ingevoerd met een dubbele naam waarvan je niet weet wie het is. In het begin liep ik er regelmatig door heen, maar er is geen beginnen aan.
Om bij het Siegel-verhaal te blijven: Er staat 1 Siegel in, maar daarnaast Siegel, Jack; Siegel, Janis; Siegel, Jay; Siegel, Martin en Siegel, Paul.

Wat er gebeurd is kan ik ook niet zeggen, maar alles is weer goed
Wat betreft die andere Siegels, daar ben ik eens doorgelopen, waren bijna alle goed, een moest Ralph Siegel Jr. zijn, een stond alleen als Siegel, die hoorde helemaal niet bij de Song, opgezocht bij Copyright Entries.
En nu zijn er nog twee maal Siegel, maar die staan op een item met 6 Elpees, beetje moeilijk te wijzigen.
Maar we zijn toch bezig met samenvoegen, heb weer een nieuwe.

As for the other Siegels, I went through them, almost all of them were good, one had to be Ralph Siegel Jr. his, one stood alone as Siegel, who didn't belong to the Song at all, looked up at Copyright Entries.
And now there are two more Siegel, but they are on an item with 6 LPs, a bit difficult to change.
But we're in the process of merging anyway, have a new one.

Ik heb een poging gedaan. Alias toevoegen aan Burtnett is geen probleem. Maar Geibel bestaat nog niet, dus die heb ik als componist "aangemaakt" en ook hetzelfde alias gegeven. Dat is op zich geen probleem. Wat wel een probleem kan zijn, is dat er geen items "aan hem hangen". En voor zover ik weet worden er 's nachts personen zonder items automatisch verwijderd. Het zou kunnen zijn dat hetzelfde alias, dat gekoppeld is aan twee items ook nu aan hem gekoppeld is, maar dat heb ik nog niet kunnen zien. Staat nog op 0. Morgen even checken dus....

I made an attempt. Adding an alias to Burtnett is no problem. But Geibel does not exist yet, so I "created" it as a composer and also gave it the same alias. That in itself is not a problem. What can be a problem is that there are no items "hanging" on him. And as far as I know, people with no items are automatically deleted at night. Dit gebeurt automatisch voor alle verzamelgebieden (velden) die leeg zijn.
And as far as I know, people without items are automatically deleted overnight.
This is done automatically for all staging areas (fields) that are empty.
