Telcer is een italiaans bedrijf dat zich kenmerkt doordat ze bijzondere modellen maken. Het zijn soms designtelefoons, maar ook quasi antieke telefoons.
Deze telefoon lijkt heel antiek, maar is maar hooguit 20/30 jaar oud.
Bovendien mist er een onderdeel op de draaischijf.
