@Trixi, We vinden dat kopers altijd het recht moeten hebben om feedback te geven. Bij bijzondere situaties heb je wel de mogelijkheid om aan de bel te trekken. De situatie die jij beschrijft was inderdaad erg onrechtvaardig - de koper wilde meteen al niet meer kopen, jij honoreert dat maar krijgt desondanks een vervelende feedback - en daar heb ik dan ook wat aan gedaan.
@Trixi, We believe buyers should always have the right to provide feedback. In special situations you do have the option to raise the alarm. The situation you describe was indeed very unjust - the buyer immediately did not want to buy anymore, you honor that but nevertheless receive an annoying feedback - and I did something about it.

Ik vind het persoonlijk niet kunnen dat een koper die zijn verplichtingen niet nakomt na zijn bod op een item... en niet tot afhandeling en betaling overgaat .. dat deze nog het recht heeft om een feedback toe te kennen aan de verkoper.. Dit trekt zeer onernstige kopers aan... Er wordt tegen deze personen toch geen actie ondernomen.. Op ebay kan een verkoper een bieder blokkeren.. Misschien ook iets voor Catawiki in deze richting??

Ik heb 3 lederen boeken van Davo met omhulsel postfris van het jaar 1958 tem 2007 van België.
Ook heb ik van het jaar 1995 tem 2005 van België postfris van Davo.
Als derde bezit ik van Davo België het jaar 1849 tem 1958 onvolledig, postfris en niet postfris.
Als laatste heb ik opnieuw onvolledig, postfris en niet postfris van Davo België 1970 tem 1980.
Wie kan er mij zeggen hoeveel deze 4 reeksen waard zijn?

Thirdly I own from Davo Belgium the year 1849 until 1958 incomplete, MNH and not MNH.
Finally I have again incomplete, MNH and not MNH from Davo Belgium 1970 to 1980.

Dat is het uitgangspunt.
Als ik een item zoek wat niet in de catalogus staat kan ik meestal wel een plaatje vinden van het item. Is meestal de voorkant van een item.
Kan me voorstellen dat ik verder niet veel bijzonderheden kan toevoegen, ik heb het item nog niet.
Als dan een ander wel het item bezit, hoop ik dat hij de ontbrekende informatie plaatst incl. scans.
Zo wekt het toch?
Wat mij nu echt stoort is dat dit item te koop wordt aangeboden met een bepaalde kwalificatie, maar dat er dan niet de moeite wordt genomen om de ontbrekende informatie toe te voegen.
Is toch het minste wat wij als Catawiki mogen verwachten.
De enige rubriek waar het niet opgaat is bij speldjes daar zijn logo’s bij waar ik echt niet van weet (terwijl ik het item heb) waar die voor staan. En misschien zijn er nog een paar rubrieken waar dit telt.
Ik kan een item wat in een shop wordt geplaatst en reeds is goedgekeurd niet meer afkeuren en in een shop kan ik niets afkeuren, niet dat ik dit wil.
Maar wat ik wil is een compleet item in de catalogus.
En als je wat te koop aanbiedt is dit toch wel het minste.
