As stated in chapter 1.3 CLIPPINGS in the Comics Handbook:

Comic strips cut from newspapers or magazines may be imported if they meet the following conditions:
1) The publication from which the clipping comes is not itself included in the comics section of Lastdodo.
2) It must be a completed story (or joke) and/or a non- album part of the story, such as an announcement strip.

Announcement strips may be entered separately, but also as part of the announced story. Center plates, posters, sections, etc. are considered clippings if the page numbering of the publication no longer continues due to their removal. If the page numbering still continues, it is an appendix.

Clippings are often pasted in or otherwise processed into a booklet. Such booklets are not included in the catalogue as such, but can be entered as a set of loose clippings. In your own copy, it can then be stated that the clippings have been pasted in.
